Spring 2026 Registration

The target audience are girls who value being challenged to further develop their basketball skills. The content will be challenging though rewarding, and will require some focus and resolve. Girls who play in other spring sports but want to develop their basketball skill set are encouraged to join! 

Ages:  5th grade and older

Days:  Mondays (March 23 through May 18)

• Note: Targeting 8 of the 9 Mondays

Time:   6:30-8:00PM  

Where:  Sunset Canyon Baptist Church (4000 East US-290, Dripping Springs, TX 78620) 

Content will be a blend of:

• Footwork (elements of this system):  Drill Mat
• Shooting footwork into jump shots and finishing at the rim
• Decision making (RipLight1; RipLight2):
• Shooting mechanics including hand position, ball dip, foot tilt, lifting the ball, 1 o’clock release point, shooting power & rhythm, and drills/motions leading into the shot (topics 1, 2, 3, 5: Start watching at 4:13)
• Dribbling rhythm and flow
• Small-sided-games

Cost:  $285

Players will work in their own space for some of the content (see the hyperlink in the footwork section as an example). Parents who want to be engaged on the court to aid their player are welcome to be on the court for the drills where players work individually.  It's not required; just an option.  For content performed as a group the gym will most likely be split into younger and older on different ends.
